Concentrated extreme

Overheated cities and dried fields with minimum of water retention measures are creating enormous heat islands and are concentrating rainfalls on small regions where they have extreme progress.
Storm came from north where it city with all strong. Extreme weather concentrated on small region. Heat island over the city didn’t allow the storm to spread over the city and region around.
